Founded in 2008, VYROX International Sdn Bhd (formerly PDE Aircond & Wiring Services) began as a contractor specializing in CCTV installation, access control, and alarm systems for residential and commercial projects. Over the years, the company has evolved into a leading innovator in smart home technology and IoT solutions, gaining international recognition.
Key Milestones in VYROX’s Journey
- 2009: VYROX initiated its R&D into Smart Home Concepts and Home Automation Systems.
- 2011: Developed Southeast Asia's first web-based smart home system using HTML5 and PHP. VYROX started offering wired, IP-networked, and web-based control systems for home and building automation.
- 2012: Acquired LANDKDESIGN, enhancing its lighting control and IoT capabilities for smart homes. The company rebranded as VYROX International Sdn Bhd and has since continued its remarkable growth.

- 2017: Partnered with Huawei’s IoT department for cloud-based smart home solutions. Introduced a tribrid apartment video intercom system and launched a comprehensive Property Management Software System integrated with video intercoms. Created the all-encompassing Super IoT Smart Home King System for property developers, and launched the HOMESERVA happy neighborhoods project.
- 2018: Pioneered blockchain systems for financial institutions and implemented AI technologies such as Deep Learning and Convolutional Neural Networks for applications like vehicle number plate recognition.
- 2019: Collaborated with AMOJI TECH SDN BHD to design the IoT-powered Smart Restaurant Concept, streamlining supplier-end user interactions.
- 2020: Developed SPORTSERVA 2.0, an IoT-based booking and e-wallet platform for various industries, including sports centers, gyms, clinics, and beauty salons.
