Incident Reports
The Incident Reports module lets security officers file a report from the scene: title, description, up to five photos, the property and common area or location category, and the officer's name. Once submitted, the report reaches management for review, moves from pending acknowledgement to processing and then resolved, and carries an outstanding day count while it stays open. Every report can hold witness statements and preserved CCTV clips, so the record stands up later if it is needed for insurance or a committee review. Search the register by title, property or reporter, and export or print the full log and evidence pack to PDF or Excel.
