Suggestions
The Suggestions Feedback App enables users to submit suggestions conveniently through the user app, allowing them to provide feedback on both common areas and custom-added categories of suggestions. Users have the option to choose whether to share their suggestion with the entire community or only with the management. Suggestions progress through stages, starting from pending acknowledgment, moving to processing, and ultimately to completion. The app displays an "Outstanding (Day)" indicator to keep everyone informed about the management's performance. Users receive immediate notifications whenever there is an update on the status of their suggestion, ensuring transparent and efficient communication throughout the feedback process.
