Integrated Smart Access
Integrated Smart Access brings card access, virtual smart cards, vehicle plate recognition, facial recognition and QR codes together under one system, so a resident can use whichever method suits them for a given lift, door or gate. Administrators keep full control over every entry point from a single console. Users apply for access through any supported method in the app, and admin approval or rejection is required before it becomes active.

One application
One approval and one charge cover every bundled method. Deposit RM 150.00 and RM 18.00 a month, invoiced onto the resident statement.
Valid until
31 Dec 2026, taken from the tenancy agreement end date. Every bundled method expires on the same day, so none of them outlives the lease.

One suspension switch
One switch stops card, face, plate and QR key together. A single method can also die on its own, which is how a lost card never becomes a lockout.
