QR Keys

Every fob on this ring is one issued QR key. Open one and its encrypted payload keeps turning over on a countdown, so a picture saved an hour ago reads as an invalid code at the gate. Revoke a key and it dies at every controller on site, even while the visitor is still holding the screen up to the scanner.
