Sub-User Accounts
The Sub-User Accounts app lets a main user create accounts for tenants, family members, domestic helpers and company representatives, and lets management review and approve each one. Once approved, a sub-user logs in with their email address and sets their own password. Depending on the type they're given, sub-users can use app features such as facility booking, complaints and announcements on their own, without ever seeing the household's invoices or payments. The main user keeps full visibility and control over everyone under their account.
