Tenant Accounts

Tenant Accounts is a register of tenancy agreements for a strata property: which unit, room or parking lot is let, to whom, for what period, and where the signed agreement is filed.

Read the feature list below carefully before you buy. This is an early-stage module. Licensing and the resident app tile are in place, and the management console has a Rentals list and a New Tenancy Agreement form, but that form does not yet write to the database, so the list is empty on every property and the app tile is not wired to a screen. It does no rental accounting either: no rent invoicing, billing cycles, rent escalation, deposits, late payment interest, handover or move-out workflow and no occupancy reporting. Nothing here should be read as promising otherwise. What does work sits in other modules. A tenant holds a real app account under the Master Tenant role, with household members as Tenant sub-users: see Customer Accounts and Sub-User Accounts. Billing an occupant, taking payment and issuing receipts and statements is E-Invoicing. Card, face recognition and vehicle plate access is granted and revoked in the access control modules. Ask us for the current build status before you include Tenant Accounts in a purchase decision.
