The app forwards calls through an anonymized line so both parties can talk, but the client's number stays hidden. This maintains privacy (no one sees the personal number) while still allowing instant voice communication from the field.

  • EVChargerLOCK – An EV charging station controller: residents tap to start/stop charging and pay deposits via app. It automates billing so charging stops when payments end.
  • SmartLOCKER – Automated delivery lockers. The app lets delivery persons select locker sizes and scan a code to secure parcels; recipients get a PIN to retrieve items. It keeps packages safe until pickup.
  • CheckInKIOSK – A stand-alone kiosk with card-reader and camera. A delivery rider or guest inserts an ID card, and the kiosk reads it and registers their face instantly, issuing a temporary access token. This removes the need for a staff clerk to handle deliveries.
  • EnergyMONITOR – A real-time energy monitoring device. It attaches to a breaker panel and reports power usage, identifies high-draw circuits, and helps managers reduce waste.
  • RentCOLLECTOR (Meter & Doorlock) – An integrated rent/payment enforcement system. The Meter version monitors electricity usage and will cut power if tenants miss rent; it also auto-sends reminders and invoices. The Doorlock version is a smart door lock that disables a tenant's door access when rent is overdue, and restores it on payment. These ensure on-time payments by tying utility access to rent status.

No credit card or contract is required to start the Free plan, making it easy to try out. The Premium plan is RM700 per month. It supports multiple management bodies and projects (suitable for large communities or multi-site organizations), up to 600 customer accounts and 8 employee accounts. Premium unlocks all modules across your property portfolio. Customers can sign up instantly (via WhatsApp links on the site) and immediately start using the chosen plan.

Are there extra costs (hardware, setup)?

Subscription covers the cloud software platform. Any needed hardware (like kiosks, sensors, robots) is typically sold separately, either by VYROX or through their partners. Installation, customization, and training may incur project fees. For example, wiring a new smart-lock system or setting up facial recognition cameras is a deployment service. VYROX provides quotations that bundle hardware and support based on your site's scope. How is the VYROX system deployed and maintained?
