Lost and Found
Lost and Found is built to give management a single register for items reported lost and items handed in on the property, so staff can match one to the other and record the handover. It is an early-stage module: read the feature list below for exactly what is built today and what is still in development.
Every line is written by the person who did the thing, at the moment they did it. Nothing on this docket can be edited afterwards, only added to.
Chain of custody, written down the moment an item is handed in
A wallet handed to the guardhouse is worth nothing to anyone unless you can say who held it, where it sat, and who took it away. The docket is the planned answer: category, description, where and when it was found, who handed it in, photographs, and a claim handover record with an audit trail on every line.
Switched on or off per property from the module settings, like any other licensed module. Management and staff accounts see the register, residents see only the app-side view.

- Lost and Found is a licensed module that can be switched on or off per property from the module settings
- When enabled, a Lost and Found tile appears in the resident app feature grid and a Lost and Found page appears in the management console
- Access is restricted to management and staff accounts, with residents seeing only the app-side view
- The item register is planned around category, description, where and when an item was found, and who handed it in
- Photo attachments and claim handover records are part of the planned register
- Please note: Lost and Found is currently an early-stage module. The menu entry, access control and module licensing are in place, but the item register screens are still in development
