Our Class Passes system lets sports clubs, gyms, fitness centers and community clubhouses create prepaid session bundles that members can purchase directly through the mobile APP. Each class pass is configured with a name, price, validity period and the specific classes it grants access to. Members pay using e-Wallet, Touch 'n Go, Boost or e-Banking, and can immediately start booking classes using their purchased pass. The system automatically tracks remaining sessions, expiry dates and booking history, eliminating manual record-keeping entirely. Designed for the Malaysian and Singaporean market, this module works hand-in-hand with our Class Scheduling system for a complete class management experience.

Flexible Pass Setup
Create class passes with a custom name, color-coded identifier for easy visual distinction, validity period (by months or days), price, and the specific number of bookings allowed.
Granular Class Access Control
Define exactly which classes each pass covers. Check a class type to auto-include all classes under it, or select individual classes. New classes added to a checked class type are automatically included.
Purchase & Payment
In-APP Purchase with Multiple Payment Methods
Members browse available class passes in the mobile APP, see the price, validity and included classes, then purchase instantly using e-Wallet, Touch 'n Go, Boost or e-Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, etc.).
Auto-Calculated Expiry
Upon successful payment, the system automatically calculates the pass expiry date based on the configured validity period. A 12-month pass purchased on 23 January 2026 expires on 23 January 2027.
Usage Tracking & Booking Integration
Automated Session Deduction
When a member books a class using their pass, one session is automatically deducted. The remaining count is displayed clearly before confirmation, and the updated balance is shown after booking.
Booking History per Pass
Members can tap on any active class pass to view all classes booked using that pass, or tap the available classes link to see all upcoming classes they can still book with their remaining sessions.
