VYROX IoT Smart Home Appliance Lease Agreement
This Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between VYROX IoT Sdn Bhd (SSM: 202401012345) ("Lessor") and the Customer ("Lessee") as identified in the VYROX IoT application account.
1. LEASE TERMS
1.1 The Lessor agrees to lease the selected smart home appliance ("Equipment") to the Lessee for the selected lease period.
1.2 The lease shall commence on the date of successful installation and activation of the Equipment.
1.3 Monthly rental payments are due on the 1st of each calendar month.
2. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
2.1 The Lessor shall deliver the Equipment within 3-5 business days of order confirmation.

2.3 The Equipment shall be connected to the VYROX IoT platform upon installation.
3. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
3.1 Unlimited technical support throughout the lease period at no additional cost.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSEE
4.1 Use the Equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
4.2 Maintain a stable internet connection for IoT functionality.
5. PAYMENT AND LATE FEES
5.1 A grace period of 7 days is provided. Late payments incur 1.5% per month penalty.
6. TERMINATION
6.1 The Lessee may terminate with 30 days written notice.
6.2 Early termination within 12 months incurs a fee of 2 months rental.
